- Product Range: We deal in a variety of hardware materials including metal sheets, wood, iron rods, nails, cement, and other related products.
- Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are error-free. In case of discrepancies, please contact us for clarification.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices displayed are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via mobile money (MPESA), bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.
- Invoicing: An electronic invoice will be issued for every successful transaction. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
4. Orders and Delivery
- Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if there are discrepancies in pricing.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver across Kenya. Delivery times depend on your location and product availability.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during checkout.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery within Nairobi and its environs takes 2-3 business days. For other regions, delivery may take up to 5-7 business days.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
- Amendments: Changes to your order can only be made if the product has not been dispatched.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns Policy: Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for details on how to return items.
- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

- Product Warranty: We offer a manufacturer’s warranty for certain products. Please refer to individual product descriptions for warranty details.
- Limitation of Liability: Developers Point Kenya is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products beyond the purchase value of the product.
